• A dream within a dream within a dream? Is that even possible?
• - Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Arthur

• Badass Bookworm: His job with the group is to do the research, and his hallway fight definitely pushes him into badass territory.
• The Point Man: D'uh.
• Crowning Moment Of Awesome: The Gravity Screw hallway fight (along with the elevator scene shortly after) is one for both the character and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, who did his own stunts in an actual rotating set.
• Deadpan Snarker: Not as much as Eames, but he definitely has his moments.
• Estrogen Brigade Bait
• The Lancer
• Launcher Of A Thousand Ships
• Not So Stoic: After learning that Cobb's withheld information on the sedative he was pissed and it wasn't nice.
• Sharp Dressed Man and Dressed To Kill: His signature look.
• The Unfunny: Arthur is the most level-headed and serious member of the team, and as such is not amused by Eames's somewhat careless behavior, getting his chair constantly tipped over, or loud music.
• Waistcoat Of Style
• Ho Yay: Most of Eames  and Arthur conversation are peppered with this.
• Ship Tease: With Ariadne 
• Tsundere: He shows traits of a Type A, but mostly just to Eames.
• In Game- dramadramaduck
• Secret identity: For the longest time, Cobb and Arthur told people from the comm. That they were Video Game developers specialized in 3D environments. It worked the 70 % of the time.
  • Obviously The Corinthian, a Nightmare itself, and Death, one of the Endless, wouldn’t bull it. Neither did Pamela Landy.
• Giant Spider: Granted, it’s was metallic, but Arthur pulled one against Corinthian when the Nightmare got into his dream without permission.
• Ship Tease: Still with Ariadne, but also with Yoruichi.
• Back from the Dead: Due to the game setting, Arthur and Mal were able to talk again without her going all Ax crazy on him.
  
• Beware Of Vicious Dog: Cobb's dog is an evil puppy.
• Dances And Balls: It was fun
• Alternate Universe: The Hogwarst virus. 
• Gender Bender: Arthur makes a nice tsundere woman.
• Ho Yay:  Eames and, in way Corinthian, but that's borderline foe yay. Except that Corinthian and Arthur developed some sort of odd friendship, in which one tries to cover the other when their 'jobs' as dreamers and nightmares come up in the comm.
• Wham moment: Eames and Arthur pull one after another in this entry/rl. Eames kisses Arthur in a dream while forged into woman, Arthur gets pissed and yells at him. When Eames thinks he’s going to get punched he gets a kiss instead.
•  Crowning Moment Of Heartwarming:
  • During the Last Day virus (Chars thought they were about to die) Arthur left a voice message in both Ariadne and Eames’s inbox, for once talking about his feelings towards them. Since it was a virus and no one died, that fact came to bit him in the ass. Also a tear jerker moment.
• Crowning Moment Of Funny
  • The Text from Last Night virus was special. Technically, Eames and Arthur are still married.
  • Breaking the fourth wall: Gaga would be proud.
  • Prostitutes vrs truckers
  • One day Arthur will murder Jack, and no one will be surprised
